Free cancellation

You may cancel for schedule changes, travel delays, weather concerns or simply a change of plans. These are the rules that matter:

If you cancel 4+ hours before start time

Your request must be received at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time shown on your confirmation to qualify for a full refund.

If you cancel within 4 hours of start time

The booking becomes non-refundable. This protects last-minute staffing and reserved capacity.

If you do not show up or arrive too late

The booking is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

How refunds are issued

Payments on our site are processed through Stripe. Refunds must be sent back to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Banks usually reflect it within 5 to 10 business days.
  • We can confirm once the refund has been processed on our side.

Will you deduct any payment processor fees?

No. We refund the full amount you paid.

Even if Stripe does not return the original processing fees to us, we do not pass that loss on to you.

If your departure is canceled, you may be able to reschedule to another available date or choose a full refund back to your original payment method.

We aim to resolve reschedules and refunds as quickly as possible.
