If you booked the Camel Ride in Cabo on our website, you can cancel up to 4 hours before the tour start time shown on your confirmation and receive a full refund.
Important note: This policy applies to bookings made on camelridingincabo.com and may be more flexible than the standard policy on the operator’s own website.
Free cancellation (up to 4 hours before your tour)
You may cancel for any reason—schedule changes, travel delays, weather concerns, or simply a change of plans.
To qualify for a full refund:
- Your cancellation request must be received at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time on your confirmation.
If you cancel within 4 hours of start time: The booking becomes non-refundable (this protects last-minute staffing and reserved capacity).
If you don’t show up or arrive too late to participate: The booking is treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

If your booking total includes required items (like park entry), they’re included in the refund.

How refunds are issued (and how long they take)
Payments on our site are processed through Stripe. Refunds must be sent back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund timing:
- We issue the refund as soon as your cancellation is confirmed.
- After that, banks/card issuers typically take about 5–10 business days to display the refund (sometimes it appears as a reversal of the original charge).
Will you deduct any payment processor fees?
No. You will receive the full amount you paid.
Stripe generally does not return the original processing fees to the merchant when a refund is issued. Even if those fees aren’t returned on our side, we still refund you 100% of what you paid.
