Pickup happens before the tour so the shuttle can complete the route and arrive at Tierra Sagrada on time. Cabo Adventures operates this with round-trip transportation for most hotels in Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo.

Because shuttle routes must stay efficient, pickup happens from approved or designated points, usually your hotel lobby or a standard meeting point used for the route.
If your hotel is listed, you select it during booking and receive your exact pickup instructions by email afterwards.
Airbnb / private villa
No hotel? this is how it works
If your stay is not in the hotel list, you may be assigned the nearest practical meeting point for the route.
Current Cabo Adventures process: choose "No Hotel" and you will be directed to meet at their main office at the Cabo San Lucas Marina at the time shown on your confirmation.

For some departures, hotel pickup may require booking in advance. If you reserve last-minute, a quick WhatsApp confirmation may be needed to lock the logistics.

Cabo San Lucas pickup
Plan for pickup 60 to 120 minutes before your tour start time. Wait at the main lobby or assigned pickup point and be there 10 to 15 minutes early.
San Jose del Cabo pickup
It works the same way. In many cases it will be around 1 hour early, but some hotels can be closer to 2 hours early depending on distance and route.
How far is Tierra Sagrada?
Travel time varies based on your hotel zone and the pickup route. Cabo Adventures describes the drive as approximately 45 minutes from Cabo San Lucas, although in practice it can be closer to ~1 hour depending on traffic and how many pickup stops are included.

- Set an alarm 30 minutes before your pickup time.

- If you are not ready when the shuttle arrives, the driver can only wait a few minutes.
