Your booking includes round-trip transportation. Pickup time is before the tour—your selected tour time is not your pickup time.
When you choose a time in the booking widget, that time is the tour start time, not the pickup time.
Pickup happens before the tour so the shuttle can complete the route and arrive at Tierra Sagrada on time. Cabo Adventures runs this with complimentary round-trip shuttle service for most hotels in Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo.
What to expect (realistic):
Transportation is available from most hotels in Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo.
Because shuttle routes must be efficient, pickup is done from approved / designated points (typically your hotel lobby or a standard meeting location). If you’re not in a listed hotel, you’ll be assigned the nearest practical meeting point.

Cabo Adventures’ process is: select “No Hotel” and you’ll be directed to meet at their main office at the Cabo San Lucas Marina at the time shown in your confirmation.

You receive an initial email with pickup instructions.
Within ~24 hours, you receive a follow-up confirmation with the exact pickup time & location.
For some departures, hotel pickup may require booking in advance. Last-minute reservations may need a quick call to confirm logistics.
Expect comfortable, air-conditioned shuttles/vans (and sometimes larger vehicles depending on demand). Cabo Adventures references air-conditioned vans for transport to the ranch.
